West African rice prices remain steady, with minor USD gains driven by currency movement

West African rice prices (50-kg bags) remained largely steady d-o-d on 10 Mar'26. In Benin, Indian parboiled held at XOF 16,700, while the price range for double polish widened to XOF 16,400-17,800. White rice prices were unchanged across Benin and Niger. Nigers double polish stayed at XOF 16,900. Burkina Faso bulk parboiled remained stable at XOF 3,35,000, with slight gains in USD terms due to exchange rate movement.
