LME base metals decline d-o-d; zinc leads losses amid broad-based weakness

LME base metals showed negative trends on a day-on-day basis. Aluminium declined by 1.41% to $3,489, Nickel fell 0.92% to $19,272, and Copper edged down 0.25% to $13,005. Zinc recorded the steepest drop of 1.68% to $3,314, while Lead slipped 0.38% to $1,949, reflecting a broadly weak sentiment across the complex.
