India's aluminium output rises 1% y-o-y to 4.2 mnt in FY'25

India achieved record production of key minerals in FY'25, driven by robust demand from energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors. Primary aluminium production increased by 1% to 4.2 mnt, while bauxite output rose 3.6% to 22.7 mnt. Refined copper production grew 12.6% to 573,000 t, and lead concentrate output climbed 3.5% to 352,000 t. These gains underscore India's expanding industrial momentum.
