Indian CRC exports to Europe slow down amid Christmas and New year break
Indian CRC export market remained silent as Christmas and New year put Europe trade on hold. Last heard offers were around $785-790/t CFR Antwerp ($735-740/t FOB east-coast India). Domestic mills in the EU have maintained higher prices despite a sluggish downstream demand, SteelMint learnt from EXIM sources. Furthermore, participants opined a slow trade period in the first fortnight of Jan'24.
