India: Medium-carbon silico manganese prices climb up w-o-w on increase in raw material costs

Medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) prices increased by INR 1,000/t ($11/t) w-o-w to INR 85,000/t ($940/t) on 05 Feb'26. Higher ore prices drove up manufacturing costs, leading to an overall increase in product prices and tighter supply conditions. Offers were heard in the INR 84,600-85,100/t ($936-941/t) range, with a deal for around 120 t concluded at INR 85,000/t ($940/t).
