China: Shagang Steel increases scrap procurement prices by $4/t
- China's leading steel mill, Shagang Steel, increased its scrap procurement prices by RMB 30/t ($4/t) on 27 Oct'25.
- This marks the first price revision of the month and comes after a one-month gap. Following this adjustment, prices of HMS (6-10 mm) stood at RMB 2,490/t ($350/t), up from RMB 2,460/t ($346/t) on 16 Sep'25, inclusive of 13% VAT.
