China: Iron ore fines spot prices edge up
Iron ore fines (Fe 61%) spot prices inched up by $0.2/dmt to $107.8/dmt CFR China on 27 Apr compared to 24 Apr'26.The market was supported by ongoing restocking and expectations of sustained high hot metal output. Buyers remained cautious about phosphorus content in Australian medium-grade fines, while overall trading stayed measured as weather-related demand concerns partly offset pre-holiday restocking.
