AM/NS India announces leadership transition
ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India CEO Dilip Oommen will retire on 30 Jun'26, concluding a 22-year tenure, including seven years as CEO. CFO Amit Harlalka will take over as CEO from 1 Jul'26. Oommen will remain on the board as Vice-Chairman of ArcelorMittal India Private Limited.
