Nepals rebar prices declined w-o-w to NPR 79,000-81,000/t ($513-526) for cash deals, while bank guarantee transactions were heard at NPR 81,000-83,000/t ($526-539). Market sentiment remained cautious as construction activity and overall demand stayed weak, resulting in continued price pressure despite occasional bookings. Traders largely focused on requirement-based purchases amid ample material availability. Meanwhile, IF-EAF wire rod prices remained stable during the week, with current offers hovering around $550/t CNF Raxaul.
