BigMint's daily trade sheet - 4 Jun'26

BigMint's billet index in Raipur edged lower by INR 100/t day-on-day to INR 38,800/t exw. The conversion spread from pellet-based sponge iron (PDRI) to billets for standalone induction furnaces in the Raipur cluster was assessed at around INR 14,350/t.

India's sponge iron prices declined by INR 50-250/t d-o-d across major regions. Trade volume recorded at around 4,500 t.

BigMint's domestic end-cutting scrap index, tracking the Mandi Gobindgarh market, decreased by INR 200/t d-o-d to INR 37,900/tonne (t) DAP.
