BigMint's daily trade sheet - 15 May'26

BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index for Raipur, remained stable at INR 9,900/t ($103/t) DAP.BigMint recorded two deals totalling around 20,000 t, concluded at INR 9,850-9,950/t ($103-104/t) exw-Raipur.

India's sponge iron prices rose by INR 50-400/t d-o-d across regions. BigMint recorded sponge iron trade volumes at 11,150 t.

BigMint's billet index remained unchanged at INR 40,050/t exw-Raipur. The conversion spread from sponge iron (PDRI) to billets for standalone induction furnaces in the Raipur cluster was assessed at INR 14,350/t.
