Vietnam: Hoa Phat reduces HRC prices by $15/t m-o-m for Jan-Feb'26 sales
Vietnamese steel major Hoa Phat Group has further reduced its HRC (SAE1006, non-skin-passed) prices for Jan-Feb'26 sales by $15/t m-o-m. Prices were revised downward against levels previously announced on 3 Nov. Revised prices in the southern region stood at $505/t (VND 13,320,000/t) against $520/t (VND 13,680,000/t), excluding VAT. The price cut stems from muted demand and cautious sentiment in Vietnam amid adverse weather.
