Poland: JSW's coke production soars q-o-q in Q3CY'25, coal sees minor dip

• Poland's leading coking coal producer, JSW (Jastrzebska Spolka Weglowa) SA, produced 3.32 mnt of coal in Q3CY'25, down 0.7% q-o-q, alongside 0.89 mnt of coke, which was up 26.3% q-o-q.
• Coking coal output increased 2% q-o-q to 2.87 mnt, while thermal coal fell 14.9% to 0.45 mnt.
• In Jan-Sep'25, total production reached 9.52 mnt of coal and 2.30 mnt of coke, led by coking coal growth, while there was a decline in thermal coal volumes.
