India: Vedanta to auction 20,000 t of iron ore from Karnataka
Vedanta Ltd has scheduled an auction for 8,000 t (10-40 mm, Fe 56.25%) and 12,000 t (6-20 mm, Fe 55.5%) of iron ore lumps from its mines in Karnataka on 22 Nov'25. Meanwhile, in Vedanta's last auction on 14 Nov, 15,000-t lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 52-54.75%) were sold at INR 3,250-3,950/t and 5,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 46.5-53.75%) were booked at INR 1,810-3,620/t. Prices are exclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMEDT.
