India: SMIORE to auction 70,000 t of iron ore from Karnataka
Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores (SMIORE) has scheduled an auction for 70,000 t of iron ore from Bellary, Karnataka, on 19 Sep'25. The total quantity includes 36,000 t (5-20 mm, Fe 54.2-61.2%) and 18,000 t (10-40 mm, Fe 56.1-57.5%) of lumps and 16,000 t of fines (Fe 56.8-58.5%). Floor prices are yet to be declared and will be inclusive of royalty, DMF, and NMEDT charges.
