India: SMIORE's manganese ore output grows q-o-q in Q2FY'26
- Sandur Manganese and Iron Ores (SMIORE) lifted manganese ore production by 6% q-o-q to 128,000 t in Q2FY'26. Meanwhile, sales surged 65% q-o-q.
- Ferro alloys production increased 28% q-o-q to 14,115 t in Q2FY'26, while sales surged by 127% to 14,094 t.
- Sandur's manganese ore production and sales surged on optimised mine efficiency and robust demand, while ferro alloys output expanded amid elevated furnace utilisation and augmented coke-oven power generation.
