India: SAIL-Rourkela reschedules 7,000 t crude coal tar auction after zero participation
SAIL's Rourkela Steel Plant has rescheduled its crude coal tar auction for 17 Apr'26, involving 7,000 t. The previous auction conducted on 11 April for 7,000 t witnessed no participation, as the base price of INR 58,000/t was perceived to be on the higher side, leading to subdued buyer interest and no bids received.
