Ship-breaking melting scrap prices in Gujarat's Alang inched up by INR 200/t d-o-d on 12 Nov'25, as per BigMint's assessment. HMS (80:20) stood at INR 30,300/t ($342/t) exy. The region experienced moderate trading activity for semi-finished and finished steel during the previous session, along with steady scrap buying interest. This led scrap suppliers to raise their offers today.
