India: Lloyds Metals records stable iron ore production y-o-y in Q1FY'26
- Lloyds Metals and Energy has reported stable iron ore output of 4 mnt in Q1FY'26, unchanged from Q1FY'25.
- Meanwhile, direct reduced iron (DRI) production rose by 3% to 79,033 t as against 76,704 t in the year-ago period.
- Iron ore production is projected to increase as the company expands its EC capacity to 55 mnt, which includes the beneficiation of Banded Hematite Quartzite (BHQ) ore.
