India: Karnataka-based miners to auction about 340,000-t iron ore

Around 340,000-t iron ore will be auctioned from Karnataka mines.

• NMDC Kumaraswamy (18 Feb): 40,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 61.53%) and 124,000-t fines (Fe 56.8-62.92%).
• KSMCL (23 Feb): 80,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 62.36-63.45%) and 82,000-t fines (Fe 60.58-61.58%).
• Vedanta (18 Feb): 14,000-t lumps (6-30 mm, Fe 49.5-51.5%).

Prices exclude royalty, DMF, and NMEDT.
