India: JSW Steel rolls over rebar, hikes wire rod prices by INR 500/t ($6/t) for Jun'24

JSW Steel has rolled over rebar prices, while increased wire rod prices by INR 500/t ($6/t) w.e.f. 5 June 2024, sources informed BigMint. Post-revision, effective prices:

• Rebar (12-32mm, IS1786): INR 59,000/t ($707/t)
• Wire rod (5.5-6mm, SAE1008): INR 57,100/t ($685/t)
• Prices are landed Mumbai basis, excluding GST at 18%.
