Iron ore fines (0-10 mm, Fe 63%) offers in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, increased by INR 300/t ($3/t) w-o-w to INR 6,000/t ($67/t) FOR Balharshah. Meanwhile, offers for iron ore lumps remained unchanged at INR 9,150/t ($103/t) FOR Chandrapur. The upward revision follows firm bookings and higher prices after OMCs recent iron ore auctions, supported by strong demand from sponge iron and pellet manufacturers.
