India: IMFA's ferro chrome output edges up 2% q-o-q in Q3FY'26
Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Ltd (IMFA) reported ferro chrome production of 67,196 t in Q3FY'26, up 2% q-o-q from 65,671 t in Q2FY'26. Chrome ore output, however, increased sharply by 57% q-o-q to 265,468 t, supported by improved realizations, stable operating costs. The Kalinganagar expansion and Tata's plant acquisition are set to enhance capacity and make IMFA Indias largest ferro chrome producer.
