India: IF-route rebar manufacturers in Durgapur increase gauge parity by INR 500/t

Durgapur-based rebar manufacturers announced a revision in rebar gauge parity on 30 Mar'26 (afternoon), increasing premiums by approximately INR 500/t. Under the new structure, 10-25mm sizes are standardized at Basic+5,500, while 8/28/32mm categories are raised to Basic+7,000, improving realisations and ensuring more uniform pricing across all the diameters in rebar.
