India: Bids rise in Vedanta-FACOR ferro chrome auction
At Vedanta-FACOR's ferro chrome auction today, the larger 10-150 mm lot fetched INR 108,500/t exw, up from the set base price of INR 106,500/t. Bids rose INR 1,500/t compared to the 6 Sep auction. The smaller lot sold at INR 108,100/t exw. The hike in bids was a result of active response in OMC's chrome ore auction held yesterday.
