India: Balco reduces aluminium P1020 ingot prices by INR 4,500/t ($53/t)
Balco, one of India's leading aluminium producers, has cut prices of its primary aluminium P1020 (99.7%) ingots by INR 4,500/t ($53/t), effective from 21 Sep'24. Balco's new prices are at INR 246,750/t ($2,955/t), down from INR 251,250/t ($3,009/t) on 19 Sep. All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on the LME stood at $2,490/t.
