India: Around 40,000 t of iron ore booked in SAIL auctions
Around 39,620 t of iron ore were booked from SAIL's auctions on 28 May'26.
- Barsua: 19,620-t tailings (Fe 60.93%) booked at INR 4,250/t compared to 19,980 t (Fe 59.25%) booked at INR 3,800/t previously on 18 May'26.
- Bolani: 20,000-t fresh fines (Fe 60.18%) booked at INR 3,910/t against 60,000 t (Fe 61.5%) booked at INR 4,210/t previously on 16 May'26; some auctions in May remained unsold.
