India: Alloy steel round bar prices rise INR 500/t w-o-w
Domestic prices of alloy steel round bars EN-8/C45 (110-150 mm) and EN-8/C45 (160-200 mm) increased by INR 500/t w-o-w to INR 68,250/t ($740/t) and INR 72,250/t ($783/t) ex-works, respectively, as of 11 Mar'26. Market sentiment improved on balanced supply-demand fundamentals, with mills reporting steady bookings. Prices also moved up m-o-m, reflecting firmer trade confidence.
