India: Alloy steel round bar prices rise INR 1,500/t w-o-w
Domestic prices of alloy steel round bars EN-8/C45 (110-150 mm) and EN-8/C45 (160-200 mm) increased by INR 1,500/t w-o-w to INR 69,750/t ($748/t) and INR 73,750/t ($791/t) ex-works, respectively, as of 18 Mar'26. Market sentiment improved on balanced supply-demand fundamentals, with mills reporting steady bookings. Prices also moved up m-o-m, reflecting firmer trade confidence.
