India: 90,000 t of iron ore to be auctioned by NMDC from Karnataka
NMDC has scheduled an auction for 90,000 t of iron ore from its mines in Kumaraswamy, Karnataka on 31 Dec'25. The material includes 10,000 t (10-20mm, Fe 58.54%), 24,000 t (10-40mm, Fe 56.69%) iron ore lumps and 56,000 t (Fe 57.06-61.58%) fines. In it's last auction on 22 Dec, 40,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59.92%) was booked at INR 4,357/t and 136,000-t fines (Fe 57.89-59.92%) at INR 2,809-3,169/t. Prices include royalty.
