China: Stainless steel production holds steady m-o-m in Nov'25
China produced 3.5 mnt of stainless steel in Nov'25, maintaining levels similar to the previous month. The 300-series accounted for the highest share at 1.8 mnt, while 400-series output increased marginally to 0.63 mnt from 0.62 mnt in previous month. Production of 200-series material declined marginally to 1.05 mnt. Cumulative Jan-Nov'25 output reached 36.73 mnt, rising 5.5% from 34.83 mnt in the year-ago period.
