China: Met coke output rises 2% y-o-y in Q1CY'26; Shanxi leads production

China's met coke output increased modestly by 2.15% y-o-y to 125.84 mnt in Q1CY'26 from 123.19 mnt in Q1CY'25, indicating stable operating conditions. Shanxi remained the largest producer, contributing 24.92 mnt in Q1CY'26. Meanwhile, in Mar'26, production rebounded sharply by 6.8% m-o-m to 42.89 mnt compared to 40.17 mnt in Feb'26, supported by higher output in major hubs.
