China: Iron ore spot prices inch up by over $1/dmt d-o-d
Iron ore fines (Fe 62%) rose by $1.25/dmt to $103.6/dmt CFR China on 12 Nov'25. Prices inched up mid-week despite thin spot activity. Discounts for mid-grade fines narrowed slightly amid moderate trade, while supply was adequate. Demand for high-grade material weakened, as mills faced margin pressure. Port-stock prices recovered modestly after recent declines.
