China: Billet and rebar prices remain unchanged d-o-d amid New Year lull

- Trading activity was subdued during the New Year holidays and partial port closures. Stable raw material costs, sufficient liquidity, neutral export sentiment, and limited movement in rebar futures kept prices range-bound.
