Who Can Apply
Both individuals and organizations actively engaged in the relevant industry may submit entries. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are permitted unless stated otherwise in category-specific guidelines.
Valid Documentation
All submissions must contain truthful, verifiable information. Supporting materials—such as performance data, reports, certifications, client testimonials, or other evidence—may be included to strengthen the nomination.
Active Operations
Nominees must have been operational, employed, or functioning in the relevant role during the period applicable to their category. Any transitions or breaks should be clearly disclosed when relevant.
Compliance Requirements
Entrants are expected to be compliant with all applicable statutory and regulatory norms. Submissions with known compliance violations may be disqualified.
Category-Specific Requirements
Certain categories may define additional eligibility criteria. Applicants should review category descriptions carefully before submitting.
Judges will evaluate all entries based on the achievements and measurable results demonstrated during the eligibility period from 5th January 2026 to 23rd January 2026.
Participants are advised to provide clear supporting evidence - such as key metrics, performance data, and relevant documentation to showcase the effectiveness and quality of their work.
The jury will also consider the overall clarity, structure, and presentation of each submission. Please ensure your entry is concise, well-organized, and communicates your accomplishments effectively.
By submitting your registration for the Build Connect Awards, you agree to be responsible for the full participation fee. Your registration will be processed only after complete payment details have been provided and the payment has been confirmed by the company. If multiple participants from the same organisation are registering, a combined payment must be made. Participants from the same organisation registering separately or at different times will not be eligible for group or bulk discounts.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, as verbal or telephonic cancellations cannot be accepted. Cancellations received up to fifteen days before the awards or conference date will be eligible for a refund after deduction of a fifteen percent administrative fee. Cancellations submitted after this period are not eligible for a refund, and the registrant will remain liable for the full participation fee.
If the awards event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Eventive Edge LLP—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or any force majeure situation—Eventive Edge LLP will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental expenses incurred by participants or organisations. In such cases, the participation fee will be refunded in full, and revised dates or formats may be announced where applicable.
Participant badges are strictly non-transferable. Badge swapping with any other individual, whether registered or unregistered, is not permitted and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Participants agree to provide accurate information during registration. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of participation without refund. Participants are expected to comply with event guidelines, adhere to venue rules, and maintain professional conduct.
Eventive Edge LLP will use the information shared during registration solely for event delivery and communication. Limited information may be shared with jury members, partners, or service providers supporting award-related activities. Eventive Edge LLP reserves the right to make changes to event schedules, agendas, speakers, venues, or programme details if required. Any such changes will be communicated through official channels.
