India:Saurashtra Cement signs 25-year renewable power agreement
Saurashtra Cement has entered into a long-term Power Consumption Agreement with Jamnagar Renewables Two Private Ltd for 14 MW of wind-solar hybrid power under a group captive arrangement. The agreement, executed on 28 September 2026, has a tenure of 25 years from the actual commencement date, with a 7-year lock-in period, subject to applicable statutory approvals and captive-power compliance.
