India: Welspun Corp incorporates associate to manufacture GGBS
Welspun Corp has incorporated Welspun Slagexcel Private Limited (WSPL), an associate company focused on manufacturing Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) through the slag granulation process. Welspun Corp holds a 26% stake in WSPL. The venture will focus on developing GGBS manufacturing capabilities, supporting value-added utilisation of blast furnace slag and strengthening the company's presence in slag-based products.
