BigMint's Daily Trade Sheet - 26 Apr'24

BigMint's bi-weekly domestic pellet (Fe 63%) index remained stable at INR 9,850/t ($118/t) DAP Raipur on 26 April 2024 compared to the last assessment on 23 April.

BigMint's domestic steel scrap (end-cutting) index for Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab fell by INR 100/t to INR 40,600/t on a delivered-at-plant (DAP) basis.

Sponge iron prices in India witnessed a decrease of INR 50-350/t in all major regions. About 13,150 t of sponge iron transactions were recorded in the country on 26 April compared to 8,240 t on 25 April.
